The following twelve points should be paid attention to when using automotive LCD:
First, the glass surface of the automotive LCD is the touch surface, that is, the front of the product.
Second, the automotive LCD part is made of glass, and the edges of the glass are sharp. Please wear gloves/finger cots when assembling.
Third, the automotive LCD part is a fragile glass product, so do not apply a strong impact to the automotive LCD during assembly.
Fourth, avoid directly taking the lead to pick up the automotive LCD, and avoid pulling on the lead.
Fifth, the part of the lead-out reinforcing plate cannot be bent.
Sixth, any part of the lead wire is not allowed to fold in half.
Seventh, the lead wire must be inserted horizontally during assembly, and cannot be inserted in half at the root of the reinforcing plate.
Eighth, when picking and placing the product, it needs to be operated in a single piece, and handled with care to avoid the product colliding with each other and scratching the surface of the product.
Ninth, when cleaning the surface of the product, please wipe it with a soft cloth (deerskin) dipped in petroleum ether.
Tenth, do not use corrosive organic solvents to wipe the surface of the automotive LCD film. Such as industrial alcohol, etc.
Eleventh, do not stack automotive LCD, use a tray.
Twelfth, in the assembly design and frame design, please pay attention to the following matters:
a. The pillars that fix the frame of the automotive LCD must be outside the visible area of the automotive LCD.
b. The frame edge must be outside the operation area of the automotive LCD, and the frame edge must not have pressure action between the visible area and the operation area.
c. It is recommended that the fixed touch screen material is plastic material, and the front part of the touch screen is padded with soft material.
d. Do not stick to the surface of the automotive LCD with corrosive glue.
